3. Site Assessment and System Design
Where applicable, NMC Technology may conduct a site inspection or technical assessment before installation.
System recommendations are based on the information provided by the client, including expected load, operating hours, available space, backup requirements and other relevant conditions.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the intended loads and usage requirements.
NMC Technology shall not be responsible for performance limitations resulting from undisclosed loads, changes to the client’s electrical system, inaccurate information supplied by the client, or usage beyond the agreed system specifications.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order becomes confirmed when:
- The client accepts the quotation or proposal; and
- The required deposit or payment specified in the quotation has been received.
NMC Technology reserves the right to decline or postpone an order where required payments, materials, site conditions or technical requirements are not satisfactory.

8. Electrical and Structural Conditions
NMC Technology is not responsible for pre-existing defects, unsafe wiring, inadequate structural support, faulty equipment, poor earthing, damaged cables or other conditions that existed before our work unless specifically included in the agreed scope.
Where additional corrective work is required, the client will be informed and may be charged separately.
For solar installations, the client is responsible for providing or approving suitable structural areas for panels, unless structural works are specifically included in the quotation.
9. Solar System Performance
Solar power generation depends on several factors, including:
- Solar irradiation
- Weather conditions
- Panel orientation and shading
- Panel temperature
- Battery condition and state of charge
- Load consumption
- Equipment configuration
- System maintenance
- Utility/grid availability
NMC Technology does not guarantee a specific amount of energy production or backup duration unless such performance is expressly stated as a contractual specification in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Increasing the client’s electrical load after installation may reduce the expected backup duration.

Battery capacity and inverter performance may vary depending on operating conditions, temperature, battery state of charge, load profile and manufacturer specifications.
Battery degradation over time is normal.
Warranty coverage for batteries and inverters is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and the conditions stated in the client’s quotation or warranty documentation.

NMC Technology may offer maintenance and support packages separately.
Unless specifically included in the agreement, routine maintenance is not automatically included in the installation price.
13. CCTV and Smart Home Systems
For CCTV, smart-home and automation systems, NMC Technology provides installation and configuration services based on the agreed scope.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the use of CCTV and recording systems complies with applicable privacy and other laws.

Additional materials, labour, transportation, equipment or engineering work resulting from such changes may be charged separately.
Where reasonably possible, NMC Technology will communicate additional costs before carrying out the additional work.
15. Cancellation
Cancellation terms may depend on the stage of the project.
Where equipment has already been specially purchased, imported, configured or delivered for a client, cancellation may result in deductions for procurement, logistics, restocking, transportation, installation or other costs already incurred.
Any refund, where applicable, will be handled according to the agreed quotation or contract.
